Commercials Speak for them Selves

The NBA has continued to come up with catchy slogans, "I love this Game", "Win or Go Home", and for last years playoffs "Where amazing Happens." Their Genius marketing tactics has allowed the players to go out and market themselves and their teams as well. Players have sold a large number of merchandise not only by their talent on the court but their ability to sell themselves to the public. Players and the NBA are now endorsed by manufacturers of athletic apparel such as Nike, Adidas, and Reebok which has Allen Iverson partnering up with the streets and Hip hop heavy hitter Jadakiss. They have contracts with Coca Cola who produce beverages such as Gatorade and Sprite.

Both players and the league have also partnered up with various charities such as World Vision and has started their own charitable programs Such as NBA Cares. As an organization they have a very positive public image, have built strong relationships with leaders in other industries which has allowed them to expand into other markets. Fans such as myself can see their growth through their various and entertaining advertisements.

NBA 2k10

Right now the gaming industry in one of the biggest markets around and it continues to grow. In my opinion one of the best sports games out is NBA 2k10. Its amazing graphics and game play has allowed it to become the best basketball game beating out NBA Live, NBA Hoops, and NBA Shootout. 2K10 which is the latest games from 2k sports now allows gamers to experience life as a rookie by adding the NBA draft combine. This new feature allows gamers to create a player and develop them hoping that they will get drafted in the association stage.

They also added the NBA development league to further develop if your player does not make the league in their first attempt. The game has improved on emulating every players signature moves and playing style a feature alone that separates its game play from the rest.

Its great game but don't take my word for it try it yourself.
